4. Keep yourself hydrated
As mentioned earlier, drinking water is really important to maintaining healthy skin, and this is exactly what model Josephine Skriver does. For her, hydration is the best beauty trick as it helps keep her skin looking fresh while increasing her energy as well. Preferably, she drinks hot water with lemon which is mixed with a bit of ginger every morning and evening as her skincare routine.
