Honey cinnamon acne mask
The antibacterial properties of cinnamon make it ideal to use for acne. It also has skin lightening properties which can help gradually face blemishes, hyper-pigmentation and acne scars. However, this spice should be applied with caution on your face. Combine 1 Tbsp of raw honey with 1/4th Tbsp of cinnamon in a small bowl. If the mask is too thick, you can dissolve the honey by heating in the microwave for 30 minutes. Make sure the mask is not too hot to apply on your face. Apply this mask generously on your face, let it sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Repeat this once a week.
